Why are the prices competitive?
When you book through The Big Macro, you work directly with me, rather than booking through a tutoring agency. There are no agency fees included in your lesson price, helping me offer qualified-teacher tuition at a competitive rate.
Clear arrangements before your first lesson
Each paid lesson is 60 minutes and costs £40, whether the student is studying GCSE or A-level Economics. A free 15-minute introductory conversation is available with no obligation to continue.
Before a paid lesson is confirmed, I will explain the payment method and when payment is due. You can cancel or rearrange a lesson without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will normally be charged at the full lesson rate, with reasonable exceptions for genuine emergencies. If I need to cancel a lesson, you can rearrange it at no charge or receive a refund of any advance payment. These terms will be provided before payment and applied in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
How booking will work
Send an enquiry first. When Microsoft Bookings is connected, you will be able to view available appointments and receive an individual Teams meeting link after booking.
